After initially considering following a monk suspected of heresy, the author is directed to St. Theodore, a revered figure among the Tabenna monks. St. Ammon details their arrival at the monastery, the gathering of monks, and the warm reception by St. Theodore, emphasizing the community's piety and the author's awe at the assembly.
