Hurt and trauma cause us to be tired, the chaos is physically draining and mentally exhaustive, and suppressing those feelings may drive to a breaking point. God gives us a better way to handle grief and pain. His ways shape us to be the people he ordained us to be, according to his purpose and will for your life. He has a plan for us all.
