What God Says, Do is a Bible study that spans the book of Genesis. Utilizing a few key Scripture verses and the help of some expert and unapologetic Bible scholars, both from the past and present-day, it delves into creation, the fall of our first parents, the devastation of the flood, and the lives of the patriarchs. In the process, it elaborates on God\'s immortality and creativity; His utter holiness and limitless mercy; and the power of His Spirit. It addresses love and hate and sin, and touches on justification, sanctification, and election. It lays bare God\'s ultimate judgment and affirms His faithfulness to His people and His promises.

But more than that, it provokes self-examination of the condition of our hearts, the size of our pride, and the brokenness of our spirits. It reveals our level of trust in God, the depth of our faith, the spontaneity of our obedience, and the veracity of the salvation of our souls. It prompts us to identify who our first love is and where our greatest energies are spent. And it compels us to humble ourselves before the throne of the ever-present, all-powerful, all-knowing triune God.

What God Says, Do is a thought-provoking study worth taking the time to pursue.
