Through six sessions that combine simple prayer, Bible study and contributions from modern writers the course allows time for questions and reflection supported by optional free online audio and video resources.

With the Follow and then the Grow stages of the Pilgrim course, you have the material and leadership resources to help new Christians and even the most casual enquirer to explore what it means to travel through life with Jesus Christ.

The Pilgrim course is based on participation rather than persuasion; enquirers are encouraged to practice the ancient disciplines of biblical reflection and prayer rather than simply hear about them.

Follow and Grow stages both assume little or no knowledge of the Christian faith. The course can be joined at any point, by enquirers at any level of discipleship and by every tradition in the Church of England and other protestant denominations.

The Follow stage serves to introduce enquirers the Christian faith, while Grow aims to develop a deeper level of discipleship.
