Learn how to dig deeper in your Bible study

Held is a Scripture-digging journey through three Old Testament books. It is a reminder that come what may, God holds your breath, your spirit, and your story. Through the opposition and the moments that seemed terrifying or impossible, Ezra, Esther, and Nehemiah were held in God's hand--and you are too.

In Held, speaker and writer Jane Johnson will show you new study tools to help you dig deeply into the Word of God. In this study commentary, you will

● start your quiet time with the Bible (not someone else's experience)
● get going in the right direction with specific Scripture-digging tips for every passage
● explore linguistics and historical context without being intimidated or overwhelmed
● make your study personal with a worshipful examination of the passage's meaning
● give God glory, honor, and praise as the lightbulb of comprehension illuminates

Through this study, you'll be fully equipped to search out the nuances of God's Word for yourself without depending upon someone else to feed it to you. It's time to exchange dread, confusion, and obligation in your time with Jesus for excitement, clarity, and anticipation.
