The key to the abundant life in spirit, soul, and body is found in Joshua1:8 "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."

Meditation is the sure path to experience the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to give us. John 10:10 Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly."
