π₯ Wildfires Festival 2025: A Sold-Out Encounter of Worship, Community, and Renewal
From 24β27 July 2025, the beautiful Wiston Estate in West Sussex was transformed into a vibrant hub of spiritual awakening as Wildfires Festival returned β and for the first time ever, it completely sold out in advance.
Something remarkable unfolded at #WildfiresFest25. As the Church gathered, the Spirit moved powerfully, marking a weekend of deep worship, authentic community, and renewed passion for revival.
Festival Highlights
Over four powerful days, Wildfires united people from diverse church backgrounds with a shared hunger for Godβs presence. From sunrise to sunset, attendees engaged in worship, prophetic teaching, discussion labs, and joy-filled community moments β all designed to βfan into flame the next Great Awakening.β
π Mornings: Worship, Word & Family
Each day began at 8:00am with Lectioβ―365 Live, hosted by the Lectio App team β a gentle space to connect with God in prayer.
At 9:30am, families gathered in the Big Top for Worship for Everyone, creating space for younger children to experience the joy of communal worship.
From 10:30amβ12:30pm, the Main Sessions came alive with incredible worship led by bands like Gas Street and KXC, followed by powerful teaching from speakers such as Katia Adams, and Pete & Rachel Hughes.

π€οΈ Afternoons: Fun, Formation & Fellowship
The afternoons offered something for everyone:
- The Field of Fun featured zorbing, carousels, cricket, laser tag, inflatables, and more β a paradise for kids and youth.
- Live music played at the Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) stage, alongside food vans, a pop-up bookshop, and chill-out zones hosted by Wildfiresβ charity partners.
- Thematic Labs ran from 2:30β3:30pm and 4:00β5:00pm, tackling real-world issues like technology, parenting, prophecy and a live recording of the βRe-Enchantingβ hosted by Justin Brierley, Rt Rev Graham Tomlin and Dr Belle Tindall.
- Attendees could also visit the 24-7 Prayer Room or book individual prayer ministry slots with the dedicated Prayer Team.
π Evenings: Encounters Under the Big Top
Each night from 7:00β9:00pm, the Big Top filled again for Main Evening Sessions, with inspiring messages from Pete Greig, Tim Hughes and Damilola Makinde.
After-hours (9:30β11:00pm) brought a relaxed vibe: campfires, silent discos, quizzes and creative worship.
Wildfires for Everyone
Accessibility and inclusion were front and centre:
- Children (ages 0β10) and youth (11β18) had tailored programming in their own Big Tops.
- Free youth camping and carer tickets made the festival more accessible for families.
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Reflections from the Field
βIt was our first year at Wildfires. We went with our two secondary-aged children and a small group from our church. We thought the youth and adult programme was excellent. We loved how the Holy Spirit was placed front and centre. A particular highlight was the emphasis and space given to worship.β β Sarah, Charity Partnership Manager, Eden.co.uk
