Authors interrupt holiday to speak in Motherwell

During September 2014, The GLO Bookshop in Motherwell was delighted to host an evening Jim & Elisabeth Georgewith Harvest House authors, Elizabeth & Jim George.

Elizabeth & Jim had previously been on a ‘whistle-stop’ authors’ tour of Scotland, and decided they would like to come back and visit Scotland on holiday. However, they kindly interrupted their holiday to meet with a large and enthusiastic audience in Motherwell.

Andrew Lacey from GLO Motherwell says, “They shared very honestly about the joys & trials of being authors, and spoke of their desire to encourage believers to follow ‘after God’s own heart’. After the presentation, there were a number of in-depth conversations – a most enjoyable evening for all.”
