Bible Scripture was settled just as soon as GOD said it. Long before any of us were born, God's will and way was ALREADY established. It is not to be manipulated or changed; to fit every whim and trend - of a secular world. The WORD of GOD, did not become settled in Heaven, because anyone of us happened to believe it. It was settled when GOD said it. Within the Bible are all of the promises of GOD, instruction, correction, wisdom, and more. Read about the concept of "Belief" and be warned about the dreaded list of - Revelation 21:8. Be enlightened on what it means to say - "Amen" and realize the Bible, and every one of its principles are right now, and forever, simply - "Because GOD Said So." Scripture theme is: "In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD and the WORD was GOD. The same was in the beginning with GOD... (John 1:1-2) (Psalm 119:89)
