With a forward by Matt Redman you'd be mistaken to think the Worshippers being talked about are musicians – although they do get a thorough mention, but rather what Kauflin talks about is how we've got confused with what worship really is due to the musical reference and emphasis we've put on it since the 70's and he goes back, first to a quote from John Calvin, and then to the story of the Samaritan woman at the well and Jesus' words to her to highlight that true worshippers are not just musically inclined singing christians, but that worship, true worship, is a much deeper and richer thing than this and this is what we need to be seeing... and doing. It's a very easy to read book and is an excellent look at the issues of real worship... and how we do real worship. Certainly one for worship leaders, but also one for all who desire to be True Worshippers of God.
