Jasper, Emmerson and Leni have been struggling to pay their rent since the pandemic sky-rocketed prices and made Asians the Most Undesired Tenants in New York City. So when their landlord raises rent by $500 per month, the three friends look for a miracle.

But instead they find an even bigger problem: a demonic sigil, painted in blood, demanding payment of another kind. Can Jasper, Emmerson and Leni find the offering they are looking for? And how far will they have to go to keep each other safe?
