English Anthem Collection Volume 1 is a collection from the Royal School of Church Music. It is an ideal and valuable resource for church choirs of all levels. For the last 20-30 years, we have witnessed a significant creative flowering among top level English composers, perhaps triggered and influenced by the liturgical developments of the time. The items selected, some with organ, some unaccompanied, have been chosen in order to showcase a diverse range of styles and to cover a variety of occasions.
