What is in this package as the title suggests it is just a participants guide but they are otherwise available for 6.99. However, the description says: This kit includes a 10 session DVD, student guide, leader's guide, and The Steps to Freedom in Christ--all of which have helped countless people reclaim the promise of freedom that Christ offers to all who call on him. Components also available separately. So what is actually included for 12.07? Thanks
