What instrumentation is this PDF?

I'm wondering what the format will be of this PDF - is it a piano part? piano&vocal? lead sheet? guitar? Hard to know what you're getting (and if it's what you actually need) without a preview or more information. Thanks!

Hi,

The Song Sheet PDFs include the piano score (treble line and bass line), the guitar chords, and all of the words with the melody in the treble line on the piano score.
