I have received this beautiful bottle from one of my pupils. Unfortunately it's not practical as the water does not flow out of the mouthpiece very freely. I have to shake the bottle to get a normal amount of water out. I have tried having the water levels different but it makes no difference. I would really like to use it but it's just not working as a water bottle normally would. Can you help with this please?

For Cold Beverages Only
Not Dishwasher, Freezer or Microwave safe
Bottle Dimensions: 9.3" x 3" x 3" (236 x 74 x 74mm)
Packaging Cylinder Dimensions: 10.6" x 3.1" x 3.1"
Capacity: 20 fl oz (600ml)
As this was a gift we are truly sorry that it unsuitable however
Due to Covid this would not be possible to exchange.
