Hi Lisa,
It does include prayers for every week for years A, B, and C. The contents page is included in the Look Inside sample which may answer your question better.
December is divided into Christmas up top, and Advent. Then further down in ordinary time it covers the other weeks of December and counts down to Advent for you.
