Difference between Grey and black ash

I see that you sell black and grey ash and I wondered what the difference was? Does either of them have anything added?

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your question.
The constituents of the ash are the same for both products, however the colour of the ash is determined by the temperature at which the palms are burnt.
