IMPORTANT NOTICE

These containers work on the principle that the inner polythene bag collapses as the wine is drawn off, thus preventing the entry of air. However, complete collapse of the bag is difficult to achieve and we therefore recommend that the following procedure should be followed for the first few litres:

1. Tilt the container upwards, thus taking the wine away from the tap
2. Open the tap and allow the entry of air
3. Bottle the wine immediately into one clean bottle and securely close the bottle. This will ensure that all your wine is in perfect condition.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool dry place away from direct light.

Never use sharp objects to open this container.

The wine has a long shelf life and can be stored for over 6 months after opening.
