This leaflet is designed to reach couples who are just beginning to make choices about their wedding day. It aims to reassure those who may feel hypocritical for choosing a church because they aren’t ‘particularly religious’. Some couples believe they are unable to have a church wedding because they aren’t christened, or don’t go to church much. This leaflet aims to encourage these couples to ‘Just ask’ by contacting a vicar and visiting the weddings website. The glossy leaflet can be taken to local wedding shows, left at hotels and other wedding reception venues (with the relevant permission), be given to local wedding planners and even made available to the guests of weddings taking place in your church.
