Jason Castro, the acoustic/folk-pop Christian singer-songwriter, is releasing his 3rd album – ‘Only a Mountain’. With an increasing secular audience, Jason is of those shining lights in the music industry releasing songs with deeper spiritual meaning.

‘Only a Mountain’ (on WOW Hits 2013), the first single to be released from the album, is infectiously good. It tells you that whatever you’re going through may feel like a mountain, but you have the ability to move it. The song doesn’t mention God, but has some clear hints:
“And I know it looks big // And I know you feel small // But just a little bit of faith can change it all, change it all.”

Jason said the songs from his album were inspired by his life philosophy of serving others and “the realisation that life is beautiful”. All 11 tracks were written or co-written by the charming, cornrow musician, and was produced by Matt Bronleewe (member of ‘Jars of Clay’), Ben Glover (Irish Acoustic Singer-Songwriter), and David Garcia (produced for ‘Kutless’, ‘Crew 1 Group’ & ‘Jamie Jones’).
