Community Action Team Session Leader

Community Action Team (CAT) Session Leader. Lead and support a team of young people (Secondary school age and above) Deliver practical community projects including: ○ Tidying and clearing ○ Maintaining gardens ○ Improving community spaces ○ Managing allotments ○ Caring for graveyards ● Drive a company van between project sites ● Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are: ○ Maintained ○ Safe ○ In good working condition ● embody the ethos of Uprising ● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and the local community

Location: Bases at St Francis House, Ashford - working across the Ashford Borough Hours: Part-time, 30 hours Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:00 Salary: £20,000 per annum (paid monthly)
