• Are you passionate about seeing people thrive, grow, and step into their God‑given potential? • Do you love encouraging others, facilitating learning, and creating positive, life‑shaping experiences? • If so, UCB’s Kingdom Academy is looking for someone just like you.
United Christian Broadcasters (UCB) is building a pioneering International Kingdom Academy to equip the Church for growth in a 21st‑century digital age. Through accredited courses, workshops, and our 5Ms — Ministry, Mission, Management, Media, Music — we create an environment where faith, learning, and real‑world experience come together.
We’re now looking for a Learning Facilitator with a pastoral heart, a gift for guiding others, and a passion for helping course participants thrive.
The Heart of the Role As our Learning Facilitator, you’ll journey alongside long-term course participants — supporting their spiritual, personal, and professional development. You’ll help them make the most of their study placements, contribute to interactive learning sessions, and nurture healthy community life.
You will: • Facilitate engaging learning sessions and workshops • Lead LIFE Groups, devotionals, and weekly discipleship discussions • Support course participants through study placements and reflective learning • Provide pastoral care and wellbeing support • Guide learners through study skills, time management, and assignment work • Maintain accurate records and liaise with UCB teams • Represent the Kingdom Academy at internal and external events
Who This Role Might Suit This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a relational, people‑first environment and enjoys facilitating learning and championing others.
It would especially suit people with experience as a: • Church or Ministry Worker (small groups, discipleship, pastoral support) • Learning & Development Practitioner • Student Support or Pastoral Support Officer • Community or Outreach Worker • Residential Programme Coordinator • Christian Charity Worker • Workshop or Training Facilitator • Mentor or Coach
A Distinctly Christian Role Because this position plays a key role in spiritual formation and discipleship, an occupational requirement for the post‑holder to be a committed Christian applies.
Ready to Make an Impact? If you’re passionate about equipping others, championing growth, and helping shape the next generation of Christian leaders, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and be part of a transformational journey.
This position will be based at our UCB Broadcast Centre, Hanchurch Lane, Hanchurch, Stoke on Trent ST4 8RY
Closing date for applications: Monday 11th May 2026 - noon
Interviews: Wednesday 27th May 2026
Salary: £30,000 - £ 33,500 per annum depending on skill and experience. Plus staff benefits that include life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, and matched pension contributions up to 6%
