Resident Duty Manager

We are looking for someone happy to turn their hand to any area of the hotel as the business requires. A true all-rounder who takes pleasure in getting things right. This is a hands on role within a close knit team. The hotel operates seven days a week and more or less all year round including Christmas and New Year. We offer themed breaks mid week and have a busy weekend diary with church groups. The role includes emergency overnight phone cover and fire alarm responsibilities on a rota basis with the Resident Hotel Manager. On site accommodation is therefore part of the package.
