Do you speak French? Are you passionate about recruiting, selecting, and equipping volunteer leadership teams? Samaritan's Purse is looking for a gifted and qualified Regional Manager, Central Africa to serve with Operation Christmas Child (OCC) International to grow volunteer leadership teams and develop and implement The Greatest Journey Discipleship program in selected countries of Central Africa.
A day in the life of a Regional Manager, Central Africa:

In the role of Regional Manager, Central Africa, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him Provide field leadership, coaching, training, and accountability to the development of volunteer leadership teams and regional prayer networks Support key aspects of the operational structure to meet regional evangelism and discipleship goals Provide oversight to the Unreached People Groups Initiatives for the region Provide OCC leadership with pro-active progress reporting Oversee the OCC administrative process for the region Provide field leadership, coaching, training, and accountability for all in-country financial stewardship All other duties as assigned Learn more about serving with Samaritans Purse.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Missions, Missiology, Theology or other related field Three to five years related experience of living in the region; or equivalent combination of education and field experience. 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (strongly preferred); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and French (required)
Travel Expectations: Travel Expectation: 80-100 days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
