Samaritan's Purse is seeking a ICT Field Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology department, working in North Wilkesboro. In this role, you will provide both onsite and remote IT support to our international field offices, ensuring our ministry staff around the globe are equipped with the technology tools they need to advance the Gospel. You will be helping to keep our global technology infrastructure ready by offering consistent support across a wide range of IT systems. This includes network design and troubleshooting, hardware/software deployment, communication technologies, and technical support and training for remote staff. Whether supporting onsite in the field or providing remote support from headquarters, you will play a vital role in helping our teams around the world serve effectively. A day in the life of a ICT Field Systems Analyst:

In the role of ICT Field Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him. Configure, install, and troubleshoot computer hardware and related operating system software, as well as phone systems, satellite phones, and other communications hardware. Analyze the IT needs of our field offices to properly plan for both the initial network system design as well as ongoing performance monitoring and future capacity planning. Engineer various communication system solutions for the field, including design, configuration, and installation. Engineer network and system solutions for the field, including network design, configuration and installation. Provide ongoing technical support, both on-site and remotely, to all international and domestic field offices when necessary. Available to provide on-call support, as needed by management, to fulfill the department Service Level Agreement and Internal Operating Procedures. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college or university and three (3) or more years related experience and/or training. A relevant combination of education and experience would also be considered. Thorough knowledge in one or more areas: networking principles and implementation (DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs), satellite communications (VSAT, SAT phones), computer hardware (builds, repairs, maintenance), AC/DC electrical systems, and radio communications. Preferred experience of Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti (AirMax/Unifi), Motorola Radios, or various satellite communication equipment. 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire. Travel Expectations: 50+ days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
