We're looking for a new Youth Worker! This role is for 25 hours per week and will primarily focus on the spiritual formation and discipleship of young people within MCF. There will also be opportunities to develop outreach initiatives into the local community. We believe there is someone out there who will be a great fit for this role. The role of “Youth Worker” will be focused on these aims:
The spiritual formation and discipleship of young people within MCF, helping them grow as committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Outreach initiatives to share the good news of Jesus with the unchurched and marginalised young people in the local community.
We believe in the importance of reaching young people with the good news of Jesus. Our hope is that this role will help us as a church keep our focus on the two key priorities of discipleship and mission.
