Is calm, patient and encouraging. Has experience working with vulnerable young people. Understands the challenges faced by learners with SEND, SEMH or attendance difficulties. Can work independently within agreed safeguarding procedures. Desirable Experience Youth work. Sports coaching. Mentoring. Teaching assistant experience. Church youth ministry. Alternative provision or SEND settings. What We Offer Flexible working hours. Meaningful and rewarding work. Ongoing training and support. Opportunity for additional hours as the programme grows.
