London Rangers is a Christian football club, church plant and education charity using sport to transform lives.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Christian leader to oversee our football ministry and help develop a thriving Christ-centred football club competing at the highest level possible.
The successful candidate will:
Lead football ministry across the club. Support and oversee the Men's and Women's football Team. Develop our 16-18 Football Academy. Launch and grow Junior, Youth and girl's football programmes. Lead community football outreach and Saturday drop-in sessions. Recruit, train and support volunteers and interns. Build sponsorship and community partnerships. Provide pastoral care, discipleship, Bible studies and prayer opportunities. Support the growth of London Rangers Church. Train towards Assemblies of God (AOG) ministry credentials.
You will be a committed Christian with a heart for evangelism, discipleship and community transformation through sport. Experience in football, youth work, ministry or community leadership is desirable.

Essential Requirements Committed Christian with a clear testimony and active church involvement. Passion for football ministry and church growth. Ability to disciple young people and adults. Experience leading teams, volunteers or ministry programmes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Commitment to undertaking AOG ministerial development. Desirable Requirements FA Coaching Qualification. Experience in football coaching or academy environments. Experience in youth work, chaplaincy or church ministry. Experience leading volunteers. Experience securing sponsorship or fundraising support. Understanding of safeguarding in sport and education settings.
