Faithworks’ Poole Lifecentre is more than a Foodbank – it’s a lifeline for individuals and families in crisis.

We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our team and ensure guests receive not just food but hope and practical support.

Hours: 20-24 hours per week (negotiable)

Salary: £14.33 per hour equivalent to £27,571 PA (if full-time), plus 6% employer contribution to pension

Contract: Permanent Contract

Staff benefits: All staff are offered 3 wellbeing days per year (these are in addition to the annual leave allowance)

Location: St James’ Church Centre, Church Street, Poole, BH15 1JU

As Deputy Manager, you’ll help lead a vibrant, grace-filled team, ensuring guests receive not just food but hope, practical support, and community. You will manage day-to-day operations, inspire volunteers, build partnerships, and create a welcoming space where lives are transformed.
