Faithworks is looking for an inspiring, people-focused leader to head up Nourish, our Community Larder and Foodbank supporting the DT11 area.

As Nourish Manager, you’ll create a warm, hope-filled space offering low‑cost food, crisis support, community meals, advice links and opportunities for people to reconnect and rebuild.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, support and grow a brilliant team of staff and volunteers Build strong partnerships with churches, councils and local agencies Oversee daily operations, safeguarding and service quality Share stories, promote Nourish and help shape its future Offer gentle spiritual support, including prayer when welcomed We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced in leading teams in community/charity settings Has great communication and emotional intelligence Confident in managing volunteers and partnerships Organised, proactive and compassionate A practising Christian who lives out Faithworks’ values* Why join us?
