At Eden, we believe business can be a force for good - rooted in trust, integrity, and genuine service to the Church. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and grow how we serve Christian organisations across the UK.
You’ll take proven solutions that are already delivering real impact - from partner campaigns to premium digital solutions - and scale them further. With ownership of B2B growth and leadership of a small sales team, this is your opportunity to build momentum, deepen partnerships, and expand our reach across the Christian charity and church sector.
You will lead and scale Eden’s B2B commercial activity, driving revenue growth and working consultatively with Christian organisations to shape tailored, outcomes-focused solutions that help those organisations grow support and strengthen their mission.
This is a leadership role with real ownership. You’ll build and manage a strong sales pipeline, personally close high-value strategic partnerships, and lead a small B2B-focussed team. You’ll combine commercial sharpness with relational intelligence, building trusted partnerships with CEOs, marketing leads, and HR teams across the sector.

Experience in ...
Essential experience Proven success in a B2B commercial environment. Strong consultative approach: discovery, proposal building, negotiation, and closing. Ability to lead, motivate and coach others. Strong organisational skills, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management. Confident using multiple channels for B2B outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building. Comfortable working in an SME environment where self-drive, adaptability, and teamwork matter. Desirable experience An understanding of the Christian charity and service sector, with existing professional relationships. Experience selling advertising / media solutions (digital preferred). Experience working with customers in at least one of the following sectors would be highly beneficial: Church / Christian organisations; Charity / non-profit; Third sector. Experience selling software solutions (or longer sales-cycle B2B digital solutions). Experience using reporting/analytics tools. Personal attributes Commercially sharp, results-driven, and accountable. Warm, credible, and able to build trust quickly with values-led organisations. Strong problem-solver who can identify customer needs and shape practical solutions. Comfortable with change and able to create structure in a growing business. A team player who leads by example.
