Kids' Ministry Assistant

We’re looking for a Kids’ Ministry Assistant to join Coastline Vineyard Church on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting May 2026. This is a paid, hands-on ministry role (26.5 hours per week, including Sundays) designed for someone passionate about children’s ministry and eager to grow in leadership and practical experience.

Working closely with the Kids’ Pastor, the role will help create engaging, faith-filled environments where children can encounter Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

Responsibilities include leading children’s groups, supporting midweek and Sunday ministry, helping with volunteer teams, contributing to pastoral care, and assisting with planning and organisation.

Salary is £17,514 per annum. (£24,812 FTE)
