Youth Worker

COULD YOU BE OUR NEW YOUTH WORKER? This is a Church based youth work role providing an exciting opportunity to develop our youth ministry in a vibrant, intergenerational and disciple-making community, both in church and the local community.

Clevedon Baptist Church is a vibrant multigenerational congregation where we are passionate about seeing the rising generations encounter Jesus, find belonging, and grow in confidence as followers of Him. We believe young people are a vital part of the church both today and into the future.

As our Youth Worker you will help shape inspiring, Christ-centred communities where young people are discipled, supported, and empowered to live out their faith. You will invest in young people and volunteers, building on a thriving youth ministry that helps the next generation grow in faith and purpose.

This is a Full time role offering a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience
