We are seeking a passionate, strategic and relational individual to join our team as we expand our work with generous supporters. In this role, you will lead our engagement with mid-level donors – strengthening retention, increasing income and re-engaging supporters through tailored communications, bespoke resources and opportunities for uplift. You will play a vital role in optimising funding from both established and new supporters, ensuring alignment with Bible Society’s mission priorities. Alongside this, you will build and nurture key relationships through the management of a portfolio of current and prospective major donors, delivering significant levels of income against agreed targets. You will help donors fulfil their philanthropic ministry by connecting their generosity with the mission of Bible Society. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

London Rangers is a Christian charity, football club, and education provider based in West London. Through New Level Academy, our independent alternative education provision, and our wider community programmes, we support young people aged 11–18 who may be struggling in mainstream education, at risk of exclusion, emotionally based school avoidant, have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), or require additional support to re-engage with learning. Our approach is different from a traditional school. We use mentoring, project-based learning, sport, creative activities, work experience, and community engagement to help young people develop confidence, improve attendance, build positive relationships, and prepare for adulthood. Alongside education, we operate football programmes, community activities, supported internships, holiday projects, and Christian youth initiatives from our sports ground and community facilities in Ealing. About the Transition & Engagement Programme The Transition & Engagement Programme provides short-term respite, intervention, and re-engagement support for young people aged 11–18 who are struggling to access mainstream education successfully. Many of the young people attending the programme may experience: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Autism and communication difficulties. Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance. Behavioural challenges. Low attendance. Risk of exclusion. Difficulties with confidence, relationships, and self-esteem. The programme combines mentoring, sport, arts, project learning, life skills, and community activities to help young people re-engage with education and move towards positive long-term outcomes. The Role We are seeking an exceptional Christian leader who can build strong relationships with young people while leading and growing this programme. The successful candidate will spend much of their time working directly with young people, supporting behaviour, engagement, attendance, and personal development. They will also work closely with schools, SEND teams, inclusion managers, and local authorities to develop referral partnerships and promote the programme. This is a hands-on role that combines youth work, mentoring, education, programme leadership, community engagement, Christian ministry, and business development. Applicants should bring a strong practical specialism in either sport, physical activity, creative arts, media, outdoor learning, or youth work and be able to use these activities to engage and inspire young people.

Would take responsibility for evangelising in South Wales. Be required to help with the organisation of evangelistic events and participate in those events. Be able to work with adults and children. Build relationships with churches and leaders to establish thriving local networks that reach and disciple Gen Z. What You'll Do Identify strategic locations for ministry growth. Build relationships with churches and youth leaders. Coordinate and support locality ambassadors. Strengthen collaboration between partner churches. Track locality activity and impact. Research opportunities for expansion.

Create engaging and professional visual content that strengthens the ministry's communication and outreach. What You'll Do Design graphics for events and campaigns. Create promotional materials and resources. Develop and maintain brand assets. Design presentations, reports and merchandise. Support social media content visually. Ensure consistency across all visual communication.

Support the leadership team by providing administrative and organisational assistance that helps This Is The Generation operate effectively and stay focused on its mission. What You'll Do Manage calendars, meetings and scheduling. Prepare agendas and take meeting notes. Track actions and ensure follow-up on key decisions. Organise leadership documents and internal systems. Coordinate communication between team members. Support leadership gatherings and advisor meetings.

Develop outreach initiatives that help churches engage spiritually open young people with the Gospel. What You'll Do Develop outreach models and evangelism strategies. Create outreach resources and training materials. Coordinate outreach opportunities and partnerships. Equip ambassadors in evangelism and mission. Gather testimonies, feedback and outreach data.

Provide financial oversight and accountability that supports the long-term sustainability of This Is The Generation. What You'll Do Manage budgets and financial reporting. Track donations, income and expenses. Maintain bookkeeping and financial records. Support fundraising initiatives and grant applications. Build relationships with supporters and sponsors. Prepare financial updates for leadership. Help communicate impact to donors and partners.

To support the Director of Operations in coordinating the day-to-day administration, logistics and internal systems of This Is The Generation. What You'll Do Support the Director of Operations with administrative tasks and project coordination. Help track actions, deadlines and progress across departments. Assist with event logistics, venue coordination and operational planning. Maintain internal documents, spreadsheets and organisational systems. Help coordinate communication between team members and volunteers. Assist with meeting preparation, notes and follow-up actions. Help ensure systems and processes are being followed consistently.

Produce engaging content that helps young people discover, trust and engage with This Is The Generation. What You'll Do Create content for social media platforms. Capture content at events and outreach activities. Manage and grow social media channels. Share testimonies and impact stories. Support event promotion and campaigns. Help grow our digital reach and influence.

Develop welcoming environments where Gen Z can build relationships, experience community and explore faith. What You'll Do Design and improve community event formats. Create event models and resources for churches. Support ambassadors and event hosts. Improve attendee experience and follow-up pathways. Help connect young people into church community.

Purpose of the Role The Speech, Language & Communication Specialist will support young people aged 11–18 with identified Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties. The postholder will ensure that communication barriers do not prevent learners from accessing education, work experience, vocational learning, sport, or community activities. The role is designed to integrate speech and language development into the daily life of the academy rather than delivering therapy solely through withdrawal sessions. The specialist will work closely with mentors, Skills Coaches, employers, parents, and external professionals to improve communication outcomes identified within Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

As Direct Marketing Coordinator, you will bring campaigns to life across email, post and telemarketing, using data and insight to increase reach, deepen engagement and support fundraising and events that make a real difference to the lives of those who use our services. About Care for the Family: Since 1988, Care for the Family has been a charity that exists to strengthen families. As an organization our vision has always been to not only provide help and support in the tough times, but to help families put down strong roots in the good times, helping them to weather the storms of life if and when they arise. We offer courses, events and resources to promote and support thriving family life, as well as preventative care to assist families through crises and help prevent relational breakdown. During the week we run a youth club, for about 20 young people. It is important that the person who gets this role engages naturally with the wider church. Key Responsibilities: 1. Nurturing the youth & young adults, supporting them to develop their faith. 2. To create or work with established biblically based resources to disciple the youth and volunteers. 3. To communicate and build relationships with the young people, as well as connections with their parents/carers and families. a. Supporting transition into adulthood, and into the life of the wider church. 4. To support seasonal activities and one-off events. a. This could include taking the youth to a summer festival. b. We also run Rooted, an afterschool space where we get about 50 children each week, mostly from the local primary school. We desire to develop our connection with the local primary school, which already includes supporting their assemblies, seasonal services, and coaching via TLG’s Early Intervention programme. It is important that the person who gets this role engages naturally with the wider church. Key Responsibilities: 1.
