This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering audience-focused marketing campaigns that support Bible Society's mission. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll use audience insights, research and data to develop effective omnichannel marketing plans, create engaging customer journeys and ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time. The successful candidate will have significant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning and performance measurement. You'll be a proactive and creative communicator, confident managing multiple projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of social media, influencer marketing and using data to optimise campaign performance will be highly valued. Emerging Church – Ministry Lead (Reaching and Discipling the Next Generation) Taunton Baptist Church is a growing, multi-national congregation located in the heart of the county town of Somerset. The ideal candidate will have a heart for global missions, and to see lives transformed in the name of Jesus. They would be responsible for sharing about World in Need in their local community, with churches, schools and local businesses. As a volunteer you can determine how many hours you can give on any given day, week and month and where to focus your attention. We need help raising awareness in order to continue and expand our work and reach across some of the poorest communities in Africa and Asia.

inHope is looking for a compassionate and resourceful Financial Inclusion Facilitator to join our Client Pathways Team, working across inHope’s services to support people experiencing financial hardship and other challenges. The role provides practical financial support, helping people to understand their circumstances, build confidence with money and develop skills that support greater independence. You will also help clients access advice and specialist services, connect with community support, and work alongside colleagues, volunteers and partner organisations to ensure people receive coordinated support. The successful candidate will be approachable and confident in building positive relationships with a diverse range of people. They will work in an empowering, non-judgemental and trauma-informed way, helping clients to build confidence, resilience and independence. About you Who we are looking for Essential: A recognised professional management qualification or graduate status in HR Management or equivalent significant experience. Significant experience in HR business partnering or a similar role within a complex, multi country organisation. Has significant experience HR partnering within the charity sector; understanding the nuances of the charity environment and landscape. Detailed knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions. An HR practitioner who sees policy as a guide and enabler, and not as a rulebook and restrictor. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Is able to demonstrate compassion, but will challenge stakeholders. Significant experience with data analysis concepts and tools, with the ability to interpret intersecting HR data to support decision-making. Demonstrable experience in using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and e-recruitment platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. Developed analytical skill to make judgements in line with organisational values and goals. Proven ability to adapt global policies to local contexts while maintaining compliance. Experience in matrix management environments. Desirable: Has international development environment understanding Able to speak French, Spanish or Arabic.
