Challenge Ministries UK is seeking a Volunteer Mission Impact Administrator to play a key role in supporting our short-term mission teams and wider ministry by ensuring information, documentation and processes are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a flexible, remote volunteer role for someone with a heart for Christian mission, a gift for organisation, and a desire to use their skills to support long-term, transformational work in eSwatini. You’ll play a valuable part in helping us coordinate essential administrative tasks that enable mission trips to run smoothly; requesting travel documentation, arranging travel insurance and assisting with pre and post trip communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys methodical admin, clear processes and supporting behind the scenes, knowing their work directly enables frontline mission and care for vulnerable communities.
