Ops Manager

Operations Manager Castle Hill Baptist Church, Warwick, is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager who loves Jesus, aligns with our vision and ethos, and wants to use their strategic and administrative gifts to develop operating structures from the ground up: to future-proof our church’s operations, to help enable the use of our buildings for mission, and to oversee the day-to-day management of the church. It is an occupational requirement that the postholder is a practising Christian because of the nature of this role.

Salary: up to £18,850 per annum (pro rata £30,000 full time) plus pension contribution Hours: up to 22.5 hours per week Location: Mixture of church and home based Deadline: 7 April 2026
