Bournemouth Community Church and Dorset Youth for Christ are teaming up to launch something bold – a ground-breaking youth role across our community. This isn’t maintenance, this is pioneering.

You’ll be leading from the front, building, shaping and growing a youth ministry that makes a difference. Build on an already thriving movement, reach more young people (especially those not in church), show up in schools, community spaces and everyday life. Raise leaders, champion teams, create motion and disciple and encourage the individuals to live out their faith.

You won’t be alone either. You’ll be part of the BCC team, while also plugged into the DYFC’s wider network.
