Pastoral Worker with Older People

We are seeking an experienced pastoral worker who has a passion and expertise for delivering care home ministry and a commitment to the well being of older people.

The successful applicant will have proven experience of working in a pastoral context within a church or community groups in a paid or voluntary capacity in previous roles.

Contract: Initially for a 3-year period when it will be reviewed in the light of funding and staffing needs

Pay: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Hours: 24 hours per week

Location of job: Hybrid role, based at care homes in West Berkshire with opportunities for some home working
