The key purpose of this role is to provide reliable and proactive administrative and organisational support to the Director of Strategy, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership, stewardship oversight, ministry leadership, and pastoral responsibilities. The Strategy & Ministry Team Coordinator will play a vital role in helping these areas run smoothly by managing communications, administration, documentation, and follow-up.

Administrative Support
Manage and prioritise the Director of Strategy’s inbox, flagging urgent matters and drafting responses where appropriate Handle communication with staff, volunteers, congregation members, and external contact with professionalism and sensitivity Organise diaries, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams Prepare agendas, take notes, and track actions from meetings Strategy & Stewardship Support
Maintain and update key strategy documents, plans, and trackers Support stewardship administration, including CRM updates, documentation, communications and coordination with the Stewardship, Giving, and Finance teams Help ensure projects stay on track and key deadlines and deliverables are followed up and progressed Ministry & Pastoral Support Support administration related to Sunday services (emails, follow-ups, coordination, creating resources) Assist with Alpha course logistics and communications Systems, Organisation & File Management
