We’re seeking a versatile and collaborative Designer to develop, innovate and deliver high‑quality HTB content across print and digital platforms. Working within our multi‑disciplined Creative Department (Worship, Production and Media), you’ll transform briefs into compelling assets for social media, web, live events and print.
In this varied role, you’ll contribute to the day‑to‑day creative workflow, generating fresh ideas, developing concepts and executing designs through to final delivery. You’ll work across multiple projects at once, ensuring every asset aligns with brand and editorial guidelines, meets the brief, and is delivered on time and within budget.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and wider team, sharing ideas, workshopping concepts, and keeping up to date with current design trends. You’ll also support and train volunteers, helping to build community and deliver engaging, high‑quality content.
