HTB Alpha Strategy Lead

The HTB Alpha Strategy Lead will support the leadership, development and delivery of Brompton Road Alpha, ensuring an excellent, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests, hosts and helpers.

The role involves recruiting, equipping and supporting hosts and helpers; planning and coordinating Wednesday evenings; managing weeks 1-3 registration, promoting Alpha across the church and wider community; and collaborating closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of all logistics, including food, materials, room set-up and hospitality.

The HTB Alpha Strategy Lead will play a key part in cultivating a warm, organised, and spiritually safe environment in which guests can explore faith, team members can grow in ability and confidence, and Alpha can increase in depth, impact and reach.

Requirements • Recruit, train and support Alpha hosts and helpers each term.

• Plan, manage and execute all Wednesday evening Alpha sessions, ensuring content, timings and atmosphere support excellent delivery.

• Work with the Operations Team to oversee logistics including food, vergers, room setup, materials ordering and guest services.

• Continually work to improve the overall guest experience from sign-up to completion, developing strategies to improve guest retention as well as increasing the overall number of registrations.

• Develop and implement strategies to advertise Alpha, increasing attendance and engagement.
