Michael Baez announces the release of 'How To Pick Your Bride and How To Keep Her For Life: Hard Moments Journal'

NEW YORK - When Michael Baez's wife passed away, his heart was broken. He had to start over again. It took him two years to realize many people had it bad or worse. To help him with his healing process, he started thinking about what he is thankful for as he remembers the good times he had with his wife. He created "How To Pick Your Bride and How To Keep Her For Life: Hard Moments Journal" (published by WestBow Press).

Readers can use this journal to write down any hard moment they can think of. Possibly hard moments created in their marriage, job and life. It does not matter. It is up to them how they would want to use the book. They can even draw in it an object, a pleasant experience, or just someone's name. Here, they are encourage to take a few minutes to document what they are thankful for.

"I am sure there are many couples who have hard moments in their marriage and many who have had extraordinary hard moments these past few years. We all have experienced many hard moments in our life. But come to think of it, those wonderful, precious times we spent with our loved ones and being thankful for those moments make us feel way better rather than remembering those hard, regrettable moments that happened in our lives," Baez says. He adds. "This journal is small. It can easily be stored, or can be hidden away."

When asked what he wants readers to take away from this journal, Baez answered, "It is not my writing. It is theirs. I am just encouraging others to write their story and hopefully, help in their healing process the way it helped me as I learned to appreciate the good moments rather than the bad ones."
