Hand crafted in Mexico, these beautiful 'colibri' hummingbird earrings are made using a traditional Alpaca metal alloy, and finished with abalone shell to create an attractive shimmer effect. The word 'calibri' is Spanish for 'Hummingbird' and they are considered as a symbol of hope, strength and migration within communities across Latin America. Some communities even consider them as messengers between the living and the dead.
