Promote Peace: Proverbs 12:20

Father, I know that at the beginning of each new day, I have a choice about my attitude - whether I'll grumble and stir up strife or be grateful and promote peace. Today I choose joy. I choose thanksgiving. I choose forgiveness and peace toward those who have hurt me. I am blessed beyond measure, and I want others to know of Your goodness as well. Give me eyes to see that each person I encouter needs a touch of Your love. Give me the courage and determination to extend it. In Jesus' name. Amen.
