Nancy’s story is based on a true story of the author. The story encourages everyone who reads it to go through your storm in order to get to your crown. Your crown is your purpose, and who God has called, or ordained you to be. When you finish reading this book—my prayer is that you will live out the plan and purpose God has predestined for you to live. This book is not about winning based on the world’s standards of winning; it’s based on “real” winning. This type of winning is everlasting, and requires you to face your giants so that God can show Himself mighty in your life. In order to win the crown you have to let God do the inner work in you, and on you. You will then recognize the crown has always been yours from the beginning. One must bear their cross–to get to their crown. In this life you can stand before a contest judge and win a crown, but never win the crown of the Ultimate Judge.

My desire is that this true-life story will encourage you to see that one must bear crosses, before they can own crowns. May owning your crown lead you to your purpose, and God’s plan for your life.
