A large part of preventative member care practice involved making difficult decisions during the application, screening and placement process of sending cross-cultural workers. When it comes to sending families with additional needs, it is vital we understand the key challenges they face in order help them on their mission journey. This book gives voice to families who have navigated these challenges and takes a deep dive into the area of autism spectrum and other neuroprocessing disorders to help us gain a greater understanding of the member carer's role in sending and supporting these uniquely gifted workers.
