Mission today is both polycentric and multidirectional, resulting in a Christian witness amid diverse—and often conflicting—sexual values. Regardless of the beliefs held by missionaries, agencies, and sending churches, they must discern and apply biblical teaching, despite legal, economic, and international challenges. Broken Sexuality addresses these issues directly, affirming that the gospel of Jesus Christ remains good news for people burdened by sexual shame, guilt, confusion, and loneliness.

Based on the 2025 Korean Global Mission Leaders Forum, this books surveys key biblical passages, case studies, and testimonies. Committed to traditional, biblical norms of male-female sexuality and marriage, the forum engaged scientific studies, church-state relations, legal standards, and more. These globally relevant studies show that despite such brokenness, every person can cry out with the apostle Paul, “Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?” The good news is, “Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!”
