"Systemic Racism" is the centerpiece of the Progressive Left's ("Ruling Elites") Woke Identity Marxist's' "long march through the institutions." Systemic Racism promotes the notion that America's, and Western Culture's, "original sin" is racism that is, Western Civilization was founded on racism- Racism is baked into Western Culture's origins, the framing of governing documents, and social structures.

And therefore, American and Western Culture must be completely dismantled ("critical equity" refers to the total leveling of the West following the "long march through the institutions," i.e., the infiltration of Western Culture's "superstructure," religion, family, education, law, and media, by Woke Marxist ideology.

The leveling of the Democratic Republic of America and Western Civilization, makes way for the rise of the Marxist Socialist State, the prelude to a Communist Regime.
