Counsellors, psychologists, motivational speakers and many other experts in their particular fields are in great demand and attract a handsome fee for explaining how men and women, young and old, can achieve happiness in their lives. Strange to say, they have all arrived a little late at the starting gate, because it was Jesus Christ who told his followers, and through them each of us, just how to achieve happiness. His method is very simple and is called the Beatitudes. This little book provides a modern approach to the teaching he gace a group gathered round him one day in what has come to be known as the Sermon on the Mount. "Jesus' guide to happy living" is a fresh apporach to topics we are inclined to take for granted and which are not dealt with much these days. Real-life examples help us understand clearly what he is saying and show us how they can relate to our won lives and happiness, both earthly and eternal.
